"The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."

"I was in room 810. The air conditioner is very loud. When it cycled on, it always blasted full blast fan speed. The air conditioner vent is directly over the bed, so it blows right into your face. When it turns on, there is a green light that is very bright. The Black out curtains fo not block any light during the day. The pillows are super firm and very thick, too high to sleep on. "
