The location is very convenient to Times Square and the Broadway theaters (we only had a 10 to 15 minute walk to most places we wanted to go). The hotel is clean and safe. Love the vibe of the lobby. Yes, the room was small, but we expected that for NYC. Our only complaint was the heat was not working well in our room (we were there when the lows were 14 at night & mid-20s during the day).
