"The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It would be nice to have onsite laundry facilities for a long stay, but we found a very convenient facility within 2 blocks. They have a laundry service that is priced by piece, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, a great stay - if you can book with 22nd floor lounge access, do so. It was nice to begin and end the day there with beautiful views of the city and islands."

"I love to stay at this hotel. The staff is really fantastic. The location is great. Connected to the Okayama station which has lots of restaurants and stores. Yet the hotel itself is very quiet. If you get a room in the high floors you get a beautiful view of Okayama city. When I go to Okayama this hotel is part of what makes my stay at Okayama very special!"
