"Love this place and the sweet lady assisting with check-in! First time in a hotel with no front desk but it was interesting! The bed and pillows were superb! Their continental breakfast was delicious! Plenty of parking space! "

"Cool little hotel. Rooftop sunset is a must see although get there early for a table. Had a corner room facing the river, cool. Staff was outstanding especially the attendant at the rooftop elevator. Didn’t get his name but a genuine dude. Thumbs up Hyatt!"

"We booked Hotel Napoleon after a last minute decision to stop in Memphis. This boutique hotel is both aesthetically and practically appealing. Check in was seamless as they had our room awaiting our arrival, the amenities were plentiful and we even found a fun little welcome bag upon entering the room. A huge surprise when we found our room serviced after a day of sightseeing, most of which was walkable from the hotel. As frequent travelers, this is not something we often count on these days. Parking is simple in the garage directly attached to the hotel, in and out privileges even allowed. We truly enjoyed our brief stay and hope to be back someday. "
