"Excellent service and the gym was great"

"Great location, clean, convenient to all modes of transportation, staff was great, room very comfortable! Only one slight inconvenience on one night when fire alarm went off at midnight causing us to all evacuate the building, but overall great stay! Would stay here again! "

"Great location in the centre of town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms have separate toilet, which is helpful for families, would be great if it had a sink. Rooms large with comfy beds. Pillows need attention, one is very lumpy. Could not get air con to blow out cold air. Room very hot had to open window which was noisy. Overall though good stay. "

"The property is clean and very close to rail station that will take you in 15 minutes to centre of Brussels. Very good options for breakfast. Downsize is the fact that the heating didn't work in one of the bedrooms for one night and didn't work in both rooms for second night. We had to ask for a heater. The salad mixed with some sauces was soure and not fresh at all. Also the milk in the caffe machine was soure too. I has to ask the employee to change it because l couldn't drink the caffe. "

"Property was good and staffs were ok. I felt it was not kids friendly as no separate menu for kids. Dinning hall seating arrangement is very much limited for group of 3 or 4 where as it has more for group of 2. I felt this hotel may be good for professionals and rather not for families."
