"The hotel was a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. What I didn’t like was the deep base music that was almost vibrating the bed for three nights in a row until midnight or later. It was coming from a bar one block behind our room. Also, it was appreciated that the roo Was refreshed daily but replenishment of items was hot and miss like the complimentary waters and the coffee cups and pods. "This was a great hotel for a one night stay when I arrived in Savannah. It had everything I needed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful! Luggage storage was helpful and they were very professional and felt it was all secure. It was also the perfect central location. In the middle of the touristy downtown to the north and the heart of the historic district to the south. All very walkable and near some good restaurants. Would stay again! "

"Overall a good location in savannah. Easy walking. Area is a little rough...homeless people sitting around the street Also parking an another extras fee expensive ...tacked onto room charge by hotel. I didn't want smores"

"Overall this hotel is nice. The parking fee per night for guest is outrageous! The air in our room did not work. When I alerted guest services they gave us a box fan to use and a $35 credit to use at the bar. So besides being unable to relax in the room cuz it was hot, it’s right on the riverfront and walkable to many things. So overall it was ok. "

"Overall a great location and most staff were excellent and welcoming. We were not able to access our room until the posted time but could drop off our luggage at the front desk. Not happy about all the extra fees and still trying to resolve the pricing. We loved the restaurants in the hotel with extra incentives to dine there.
