"We wanted a safe place to stay for us and our vehicle. I read a few reviews on other motels and many had quite a few vandalism's and customers commented on shady or difficult parking. "very nice, checkin desk staff was very nice. Room wasn't ready until after 430PM. Nice Room, great view, nice hotel. Due to an event at the hotel, there were a of guests. Bar service was terrible and the staff apparently was not happy either. Got a table, but no service. Paid too much for that to happen."

"I always enjoy staying at Zaza in Museum district as I love walking to the museums. This trip I had a flat tire that was punctured by a nail, the concierge took care of it and it was fixed during my one night stay. I arrived after 5 pm and all tire shops near by were already closed. This was an experience of superior service. Zaza forever!"
