"Very nice stay at this Westin in Times Square! The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The room was very nice and roomy for a NYC hotel. We had to ask twice for towels to be brought to us, since there weren't enough in the room for the number of people in it (4). There was also an extra charge of $35 every day that I wasn't aware of before booking - that needs to be in big letters somewhere. Overall, a nice stay!"

"A very convenient place to stay near Times Square and the theater district. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Areas for improvement are the towels need to be in better condition the heating and air conditioner were hard to control and there was there was only one electrical outlet in the room. Two more in the bathroom."

"The room was small and very tight with a king size bed and an oversized chair in the corner, that made it hard to access one side of the bed. The bathroom was very small as well but managable. Both the room and bathroom were up to date and very clean. The mirrored surfaces helped to make the small space a little brighter and all were nicely polished. The bedding was clean and very comfortable as well. Check in and check out was quick and easy so didn't have much interaction with the staff. But...

"It was very quiet, but you can hear when people close their doors. The bed and pillows were comfy. The elevators worked great. We were able to store our luggage. The room temperature was perfect. Convenient location. "

"We love staying at the Marriott Marquis. The location is in close proximity to most of the Broadway theaters. Even though in the center of Times Square, the hotel provides an oasis away from chaos. "
