"There is a mall attached to this hotel. Very convenient. The restaurant was great, with lots of options and tried to be accommodating with information for gluten free options."

"As the property is still fairly new, the rooms are updated with wooden floors. I totally liked the rooms but not the very limited breakfast, including the omelet which had cold ingredients. So I ate my meals at other places outside the hotel "

"Very good Tainan Hotel, good location close to many of the main attractions. comfortable room with good facilities. Excellent staff and customer service. (Front desk are always available and ready to help their guests) A choice of Chinese Japanese or western breakfast prepared to a high standard. Would recommend and use again Sally and Dave York’s "

"希望可以改進的地方： 空調的溫控基本上沒有用，所以我們直接關掉了空調，沒有空調的話，房間會比較潮濕，因為天氣冷，窗戶結滿了水滴。 希望可以有暖氣。 浴缸的水流出之後，沒有辦法流到排水孔，需要自行將水趕到排水孔，否則積水很危險。 地毯的清潔有待加強。 四人房的雙人床偏窄，筆者185公分，會比較侷促一些。 好的地方： 工作桌很寬敞、客房服務者是移工雖需要用英文溝通但服務態度好好、用餐感受很好且餐點選擇豐富。 整體上，住得不是很舒服，但用餐愉快。"

"The facilities are rather new and very clean, comfortable. Every day new drink and sweets are supplied in the room. The location is within 20 minutes walk from Tainan railway station. There are many tourist attractions and nice restaurants nearby."
