「We stayed 7 nights and it was wonderful. The food is good, the accommodations are very clean, ALL of the staff are super friendly and very helpful, even the taxi drivers are friendly and helpful. We used the same taxi driver (Kevin) for everything. All we had to do was call and he was there. Highly recommend Alaia hotel and if you go ask for Johan the bartender and tell him Danielle and Alan said hello.」

「We had a wonderful experience with coco beach. The staff were helpful, understanding and welcoming. We especially appreciated our concierges Nia and Andrew who went above and beyond to assist with reservations and recommendations. Our only two downsides were the noise from nearby construction and weak internet. The latter proved to be a blessing though in helping us disconnect and relax. 」

「I would definitely stay here again! It is perfectly located. Only a 5-7 min good cart ride to town, 15 min ride to secret beach. Bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff was very accomodating! Loved my stay! 」

「Prior to arriving the staff was very helpful with scheduling the local flights and supplying information on excursions and meal options. Upon arrival everything was easy and well organized. The pick up, boat ride and check in were all seamless. I would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place to relax. The seaweed was a problem but they were providing a free shuttle to the opposite side of the island to get away from it. 」

「The rooms are confortable, except de bathroom and shower, it doesn’t have a door. 」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at Portofino. It is a bit out of town but it was all part of the experience so would do it again. Pool felt a little too cool. Rooms on the beach were fantastic. Staff friendly and flexible. Restaurant lovely. Would recommend.」
