"The hotel interior and exterior, including the e pool was incredible. We stayed in a kids suite with bunk beds in a separate room, was fantastic. Only are of improvement would be the air conditioning that triggered a banging in both rooms whenever the ac was activated, likely needs just a bit of tightening/maintenance. "

"The convenient location is what initially drew us to this property. But what really blew us away was the attention to detail, the helpful staff, and the many amenities. It is also kid and pet friendly. We loved all the fun and beautiful decor. Favorites were: garden patio with fire pits for roasting marshmallows, ping pong, vintage music & record players, happy hour with plenty of non-alcoholic options, flavored self-serve water all day, and borrowing (not renting!) bikes, scooters, towels,...

"This was our third stay at this property. We always have a wonderful time. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located adjacent to many shops and popular restaurants. It is also located a short walk from the Disney theme parks. The pool area is inviting and clean. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. I would and have recommended this hotel."

"Stayed here 3 nights as part of a trip to Disney. The hotel was very nice & the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious & met our needs for the stay. Breakfast was very good & had many options. You can catch the ART bus to Disney right outside the hotel for free which is very convenient. There could be a little more explanation on how this works from the front desk. We were a little confused on how it worked at first. Overall I would definitely stay here again."
