「A fine hotel with reasonable price, but no free WiFi for a hotel is really strange」

「适合开车入住，酒店很干净整洁，早餐是和别的店合作的，就是点一份，但也够吃了，而且味道不错，居然对上我的中国味。酒店周边就有不错的中餐馆（南京饭店），去华盛顿半个小时车程，很方便。是一家性价比较高的酒店。唯一不知道原因的是，被子没有被套，是上下两层床单，盖了会跑。」

「Check-in and check-out was incredibly easy and fast. There seemed to be some type of convention going on when we arrived but that didn’t affect the service we were given in the least. Excellent location (right across from Springfield Mall) and excellent staff. We will be back.」

「I stayed here as a woman traveling solo who wanted to take day trips into DC. I loved the free parking for my van, loved the quiet and spacious room with my 2 queen sized beds. I picked the downstairs floor as I didn't want to be walking up any stairs after a long day of walking around DC. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage or ham, hash browns, cereal, toast, yogurt, waffles, pastries, juices and coffee. One of this hotels free perks is the shuttle ride to the East Falls...

「The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?」

「The hotel needs renovation. They have a bad smell in the room and I’m guessing it’s the carpet. The other room has a very strong smell which is from the bleach. Regardless, the carpet is not well cleaned and it’s emitting smell. Also, there’s no air exhaust as the windows are shut closed. I asked if we can pop it open but the older Indian guy said there’s no way to open the windows even just to pop it open for the fresh air to come in the room as it’s smelled muggy.」
