Whilst there is nothing in the immediate vicinity except a business park and a 7/11 (my go to for fresh smoothies and salads), the regular, hourly buses to Kawasaki station for central Tokyo (an easy 20 minute train ride into Tokyo station) and the airport (20 minutes), makes the extra space worth it.
