"This a beautiful hotel which seems brand new. The staff is wonderful and the meals are great. There isn’t much to do in Jozankei and there are very limited lunch options around (the hotel serves breakfast and dinner). We had a room with a private onsen which was great. "Huge nice resort with beautiful indoor and outdoor onsens. Breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious and variety of different cuisines from various regions. Walkable to lovely bridges nearby. Comfortable stays. "

"A quiet and peaceful hotel that has modern vibes. There is a free wine hour at the bar that I was able to get. It was really nice to hang out and have a glass of wine to wind down after venturing around and exploring. I also received a free drink ticket. The drinks were limited but I still appreciated getting this "VIP" experience. I loved the vibes of the hotel and my room was very nice. "

"Had a pleasent stay and closeby main attractions. Do note that the stay is on top of the hills so its difficult to get to by foot. However, the view is very nice. "

"Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures"

"Chalet Ivy Jozankei went above and beyond our expectations. The deluxe room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed every details they had in the room, common area and restaurant. The staff were all super friendly and nice. We will definitely recommend Chalet Ivy to all of our friends and family. The dinner and breakfast meals were amazing. We had such an incredible time here that We didn’t want to leave! "
