"Perfect location across the street from Convention Center. My room was excellent. Charlie at front desk was very accommodating! Inexplicably, not all 5 elevators were accessible at 23:30 on 4/12/25. But, I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The property is old and needs lots of updates. Not sure about the area but appears to be in an area of little activity and not much stores."

"Really good hotel in an swanky building! Great views indeed! One major gripe i have is how "remote" this hotel is. It might not be a big difference for ppl who are constantly taking cabs or cars, but the brown line subway near the hotel is not the best option for tourists, surprisingly. Whenever i try to go anywhere google map recommended me to walk 11mins to green, red line or blue line. I kept wondering why it overlooks the brown line completely...and few times I ingnored the google map and...

"Excellent location and hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were awesome. Elevators were wonky but fine. We walked down and waited the long waits due to them being out of order and only one working for the way back up. Would def stay again and recommend. "
