"We had a lovely time at Silverado II. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were really nice to come back to. The staff was excellent! They were so accommodating whenever we needed anything."

"2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. "
