"This hotel was run very professionally from the reception at the front desk, to the Bistro servers, and the room cleaning staff. On site garage parking was convenient and secure with access only by using the room key to operate the entry barrier. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. "

"I stayed there because I had a surgery and my doctor's office was close. All the staff was great and I have no complaints about anything on the 8 days I stayed there."

"We booked a 2 rooms suite but were informed at the last minute that they don't have a 2 rooms suite. They gave us 2 king rooms next to each other. It is a little inconvenience but it is not a big deal. The property is very close to Bellaire area with a lot of food. There are a lot of parking spaces. The pillows are kind of too soft."
