"The staff was outstanding HOWEVER we arrived on Thanksgiving morning to breakfast at 9:45. The server gave us menus and was alone so took some time to get back and take our order- at which point it was closer to 10am. 15-20 minutes passed. He returned to inform us he could not convince the cook to cook our breakfast. He had reached out to management but had no luck. He was very distraught and apologetic. We subsequently were offered whatever was left of the continental breakfast- bagels and...

"Very nice staff. Our sofa bed was not made up on arrival but bedclothes were brought promptly when we asked. Some hairs in shower but otherwise clean. "

"Pro's: clean. great views bright with windows. it was close to plenty of hiking and cross-country skiing. Cons: the room we were in - needed a new mattress a decade ago. I see they are updating the rooms with sound proofing etc. but the bedding should be a priority. I would have asked to have the room switched if I laid on it earlier when we checked in. "
