Kathy and Jim have really thought through every aspect of what a traveler would not only need, but what would be nice extras. Despite the property listing indicating that air conditioning was available, there was none when we arrived. "This is a beautiful homestead that has the feel of 1940's but the esthetics of a modern home. Perfection. The cows, chickens and ancient trees surrounding the property add to its charm. "The bed was to soft, creaky sounding bed. Not comfortable. Everything else in the house was excellent. There was a dog next door that barked the entire first night. Nice deck. Comfy chairs.
