"Very close to MRT red and orange line. Staff is friendly, have access to water and snacks 24 hrs. Only have one washer and dryer, yet they have simple process to "wait in line'. I would recommend this hotel to my friends."

"A really good stay if you want to be in very close proximity to a metro and many food options. Some rooms won't have windows, but that's the tradeoff for the convenience. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great value! The Golden Garden Hotel aspires to deliver 5 star accommodations at 3 or 4 star price. By far the nicest hotel room our family enjoyed during our trip. The location is reason alone to pick GGH. Walking distance to mass transit, night market and other fun parts of Taipei. There is an excellent restaurant choices on the same street including breakfast spot on the same side of the street a half block down. "

"Arrived early from overnite flight couldn’t ck in till 3 pm but clerk offered a room in next hour if we paid a fee , which we did and got a room showered and went to sleep. Hotel on cold side in room no heat I guess in Tiawan hotels only air conditioning. Our room was neat clean but had a musty / moldy smell in bathroom ? Air vent ? Otherwise great hotel !!!!!"

"Hotel is nice but a bit dated. They were doing construction on the second floor when I was there so you will hear noise during the day. However, they stop working around 6pm. The rooms are small but has everything you need. Service is nice and they have a really nice breakfast spread. Overall good value with convenient location. "
