"We had to move to a different room because the couch was broken and there were 5 of us. Breakfast quality was quite bad, soggy oatmeal and not very many choices. Last night we had to call the front desk 3 times as the guests next door were shouting, kids were crying at midnight and we couldn't sleep. The mattresses need to be replaced as the are worn and sloping. The shower wall had long black hair on which was from a previous guest. We also had to require additional bedding for the couch and...
