"We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. "This modern hotel was spacious and new which was a nice contrast to some of the older accommodations in the area but it was typical cheap new construction without attention to detail, sloppy paint, cracking drywall seams, unfinished details. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a great view and walkable to the gondola. The pool area was great and we appreciated the garaged parking area. My husband had been injured so it was a nice option to eat at the buffet inside the hotel for dinner...
