「It was nice to have options close by within walking distance and nice views of the River. The room was spacious and priced way below what I would expect. The Breakfast was hearty and hot. The only issue I really had was with the shower not producing more than warm water.」

「Shout out to my guy Antoine for checking us in on our way to Indy late at night, great service from him. Unfortunately, the bedding had a lot of questionable stains and hairs. It did the job. We checked in at 12:30 am and left at 5:30 am, it did the job.」

「My friend and I came out for the Mummies show at the RustBelt and were extremely impressed with the hotel, only thing I noticed was the room needed better attention to detail with dusting. Otherwise the accomodations were beyond expectations and the breakfast was phenomenal! Fresh fruit and yogurt with some eggs will always win me over!」

「We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful hotel! Travelling home from Florida and we stopped at an Element Hotel in Chattanooga on the recommendation of a friend. We loved the luxurious appointments in our rooms. Especially loved the chef prepared omelets and pancakes as part of the free breakfast. We will share our recommendation with our friends who travel back and forth from Florida. Loved that you are pet friendly. Our Westies were very comfortable.」

「The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met. 」
