"I had high hopes after seeing the ratings. The sofa bed is the worst we have ever had and we do this option for all of our hotel stays. All you feel are springs. The staff gave us extra blankets to try to cushion the mattress. The location is convenient if you are going to a sporting event or the convention center, an easy walk. Be aware if you happen to be out of the hotel when a sporting event ends, you will not be able to get to the hotel by car until after the crowds clear, we learned this...

"We came into town for aoftball tournament and were so excited to see the hotel was just like the pictures. It is perfectly located for families ,it wqs clean ,spacious and the staff was fabulous. You can tell the employees actually enjoy their job and want to be there .Pleasant stay for sure ,we will return ."
