「Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils. Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option. The half-board food was poor, with limited options and mainly local cuisine, unlike the international buffets offered at other hotels. The hotel also lacked basic amenities like WiFi, a hairdryer, and an iron. Being in a remote location, there were no nearby...

「The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.」

「Very cooperative management and staff. Nice ambiance, too.」

「2nd visit. We have a problem at check in (they offer us a ground room, very bad.. Old and not for humans.) after we complain twice they offer another room at the 3rd floor (A very good cozy room) the service as expected from 2 stars resort. The dinner on the beach was good. Overall good stay for one night. 」

「Good hotel, very clean and comfortable. Food was good can order for around the pool. Breakfast good. Near to all the local shops and fake designer shops. No complaints. Please feed the hotel cats」
