「This hotel was just excellent. A beautiful location, bright and colorful and modern. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful. 「The stay was overall good. The heated outdoor pool is a term that would be used very loosely. It was still in the 70°s the indoor pool water burned the skin of all of our children to the point they didn’t really wanna swim anymore. Overall, it was a good hotel for the money. 」

「The room was very clean and that was important for myself and the kids we’ve done these mini staycations in a lot of different places in Knoxville. The pools were always nice, but the rooms were disgusting, but that was not the case at the Crown Plaza beautiful lobby clean hotel will be back.」

「We had a great stay! The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant in the lobby, but the menu I saw seemed to have some great dishes. The location was great, with many restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「My children loved the pool area and their nightly popcorn fix. The breakfast each morning was wonderful because everyone got to choose what they wanted from a large selection of items. The room was clean, well stocked with towels and coffee. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Our balcony overlooking the river was very nice and listening to the ducks and geese with the door open was very relaxing. Parking was never an issue and everything was easily located. 」

「The stay was great. We were told on the app we could check in at 3pm but our room was not ready until 4. We had to be at a wedding at 4. However, my friends were staying there so we were able to use their room in the meantime. When we did finally receive our key, the nice gentleman in the front gave us a nice room so that made up for the inconvenience during check in. I would stay there again. Everything was great! 」
