「I have mostly good things to say about the hotel but my experience definitely came with some issues. Some of which are not their fault but worth mentioning. Everything was perfectly clean and the room was comfortable. It seems they were getting work done on the hotel while I was there, so things may have been a bit more disorganised than usual but when I checked in, my room’s fridge wasn’t working. The flip side of that is I explained to the staff, they gave me some ice to keep things cold...

「It's okay, but it doesn't make sense to have no heating in the guest room this season. I asked the receptionist, and they didn't admit it. But that's okay. I'm only staying with my family for one night. I think there will be cold air in summer.」
