"Nice Elevators"

"Always a great time at the Residence Inn. "

"This place is getting updated, however, the couch/trundle bed in our room was stained and dirty feeling. The carpet on the stairs was all tattered. The rooms are tight and not a lot of room for a family of 4 or 5. They allow people to bring pets to this hotel but people bring their dogs and such to breakfast and that grossed us out. In our opinion there should be NO pets allowed near food. "

"The good: The location is great, right on oak Creek. The bed was comfy. The not so great: Even though I had booked the reservation in June, somehow it was double booked, and I didn't get the Creek view I wanted. The Wi-Fi was spotty. There was something weird going on with the drains. A couple times each day, the started gurgling. It was actually sucking air into the drain. The grounds by room 23 could stand to be swept/blown out. After 2 nights, the front door area was a leaf strewn mess. For...
