"I love this area (Flower District!) and street in particular (W 28th). It is super close to Penn Station, 6th Ave/Street of Americas, and youre surrounded by restaurants and coffeeshops (Pret, Bagel Pub, McDonald's for the kids, Bodega and Duane Read a block away, etc). The hotel was convenient, comfortable, and safe. The elevators (there are 2) were timely (which matters!!), and staff were friendly. I found some hair in the bathroom when we checked in, bit other than that, no complaints....

"The hotel and staff were great. It is right in downtown Brooklyn a 10 minute walk to Barclay Center. The only confusing thing was the valet. You have to leave your car then go check and then go back to valet but after that, they have an easy check-in, they send you a text message to check out your car. Only thing they don’t note is if you purchase parking they charge an additional $10 if you have SUV."
