"Nice place to stay "

"Everything was great except the bed! The ghosts visits my wife in the bathroom and it was great. We did get run out of the exhibit at 6:00 pm in the middle of the film. That was a bummer. The band in the observation bar was great. "

"The hotel was fine. The room is large. I did NOT love the platform built around the bed, which sticks out at least 18 inches from the mattress. I (for real) broke my little toe on this thing in the middle of the night when I got up to use the bathroom and returned to the bed in the dark. :P"

"This is my 4th time staying here over the last 10 years. The lobby was remodeled sometime ago and is still very nice. Love the berry theme and dining options. The staff is great - friendly and helpful. Our first room assignment was flooded due to backed up sink and they promptly moved us to a better room. The rooms themselves are a little beat up around the edges but that’s expected in a hotel that services mostly kids. The beds are very comfortable. I love the berry shower products. My only...

"We really loved our room and balcony view. Extremely convenient location. Very nice to have breakfast every morning. Only complaint was bathroom, it was large and beautiful but a few oddities. Toilet needed a little help but functioned. Water took a little while to warm up, but eventually did. Overall cute hotel that we enjoyed. "
