"I needed to check out by the earliest check out time at 630am and the office was still closed. I wasn't able to get a hold of someone on the phone until after 7am and I had an exam to head out to and didn't have the option to come back for check in person before the check out time at 12pm. This experience had me running late. Please ensure staff is available for what is posted for the hours of operation. "

"We really liked this hotel and the service was fantastic. Our only complaint would be one of the extended stay guests cooked fish or odorous food and left their door open for hours so the entire floor smelled strongly. Not sure what the solution is but that seems very discourteous. "

"There was an athletic event so the room was priced far higher than it should have been for this hotel. It appeared to be well kept, but don't use professional "handypersons". We arrived at about 2:45 pm and the room wasn't ready, but I had to ask for another room that might be ready. It wasn't automatically offered. The exercise facility was closed and the pool was closed, so nothing to keep kids occupied. A little disappointed"

"Front desk staff was EXCELLENT to work with! Both ladies for check in and check out top notch My only downside was our room smelled a little off for our stay. "

"Good location for campus and restaurants. Has gotten a little pricey, though, and can't manage to always have orange juice at breakfast buffet. "
