"I could hear the people in room above me during the night walking around and making random noises. New hotel but surprised by this. could hear alot of activity from people on the street, may want to install thicker windows. Cap City restaurant is great and the gym has nice equipment. "

"Family friendly and room was spacious for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, fitness room and welcome area. Breakfast was great and the social hour was a wonderful added bonus. Hotel was in walking distance to local restaurants and downtown establishments. We took advantage of the parking ramp near the hotel."

"This was possibly the best experience at a hotel I've had! The staff was amazing and the customer service was top notch! Everything was clean and comfortable. The only downside wasn't room service, but the restaurant's food was very nice. I will be booking this hotel for any Louisville event I go to! "
