(I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. "

"If we could give zero stars, we would. Our stay was a disaster. On the first night, we discovered a serious gas leak, requiring us to call the fire department. After hours of dealing with the issue, they shut off the gas and confirmed that the water heater needed inspection.
