San Lorenzo 3 Stars Hotels

"Checkin was easy. We paid for parking at the front desk. Rooms were clean and basic. Bathroom fan wasn’t able to keep up with typical shower moisture. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed in room 1516 with a view of the city over the pool. Our housekeeper Xion was fantastic. She was very attentive, helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet seemed a bit pricey but was very convenient. It had a lot of variety, was immaculate, and the servers were very attentive. The buffet food was a bit dried out...

"Fine except maintenance had to come fidget with the thermostat because the room was freezing. They were able to get it going so the heat came on and off. However, in the middle of the night it was cold air blowing out, which made it very uncomfortable. "

"My 2nd time here. I really enjoy staying here. It seems really clean from my room to the restaurant and to the gym and lobby. And the staff is always friendly and helpful. Even at the restaurant they greeted me and sat me down so friendly. I haven't experienced this kind of service since i stayed in Ontario, Ca at a new hotel that was on it's 2nd month of opening. So i guess they were so new they had no idea what they were in store for?"
