"The hotel is very understaffed at the reception desk. If 3PM is check-in time, there should not be just one person checking in guests. There was a line of 10 people waiting while reception took 20 minutes per person to accomodate their reservation. Other than that the hotel is very clean. "

"This Staybridge was amazing. The lobby is so nice and roomy. Plenty of table and chairs in the breakfast or main meeting area. The outdoor area has plenty of chairs and tables and wonderful pool area. Our room was wonderful with both a sizeable separate bedroom and the living room area. The kitchen is so nice with both a microwave and actual burners to cook. At first we had been assigned a room with a regular shower and I had requested a walk in one because of a disability. "The staff was exceptionally good. I did a late check in and the young man at the front desk remembered my name. The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful. Leti helped me with my bags in the elevator and was on duty when I got my breakfast in the morning. She was so pleasant and courteous."
