"Great property but very poor check in service and desk staff. Check in was 4pm, we arrived at 5:30 (and had to be at a semi formal event at 7pm) and our room was not ready. The lobby was full of people in the same situation going to the same event. We had to eventually change in the lobby bathroom and leave our bags. We never received an update about our room being ready. We return after the event at 10:30, and found our room was finally ready. No apology or consideration about the difficulties...
