"Reasonably basic hotel, showing its age. They are doing some renovations, which may assist. I had very little interaction with staff, so have no real basis to comment on them. The bed(s) - a king made up of two singles pushed together - was not great. Given there were two mattresses, it was always going to be a bad start for comfort and just no support. The shower is tiny - I am not a big person and I just fit into it. Still, great location on George Street, not far from the western end of...

"It was good. Spacious apartment. My daughter and I stayed at apt 5. The receptionist very helpful and friendly. Great location. It was missing basic things like salt and pepper, paper towel. Things that are very basic."

"The bed was a bit old and a topper would do it wonders but still ok. The pillows were not so great but the towels were awesome...soft, fluffy, and thick. The aircon works well, but the blinds are not in the best working order. Parking was a bit scarce but doable."

"Although the motel is clearly older and dated, the beds were very comfortable. The place is clean and the service is fantastic, as well as the location to dining. We recommend the Marinara. The shuttle service to the airport is convenient and the reason we continue to use this reliable accommodation. We will definitely continue to use them in the future."

"It’s a nice cosy apartment, very simple, the bed was soft and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area had everything we needed IGA restaurants, cafes and ferry service. Not sure if I would book it again for a holiday maybe just a stop over, due to it being right next to a main road, sadly there is no view and the shower head was not the best!"
