"Quiet and clean"

"The young man that brought my room service to my room a couple of times was so thoughtful. He recommended places to go. Was so friendly. Promote him. The shower water wouldn’t get hot on day two. Rooms need a Reno. They are dated. The rest of the property is amazing. Clean and beautiful. "

"This was our first time staying in the Temecula Wine Valley. We very much liked the resort and made use of the spa, tasting room, and Vineyard Rose Restaurant. Everything was top-notch. A bonus was the ability to walk to neighboring wineries and the close driving proximity to historical downtown Temecula. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn't have bathrobes in our room and the front desk quickly remedied the situation. My only negative comment would be the resort could use some...

"I know it said no room services for food. But it did say can call to order for pick up. No menu was available in the room or online. And when I called to order the lady answered seemed not to be pleased that I was wanting to order from my room and just pick up. She was not helpful with the menu."

"Outside is beautiful. Inside a little dated. You can tell it’s a somewhat renovated old hotel. Clean, and very friendly staff. Super close to the free trolley, great coffee shop close by. "
