"Really good hotel in an swanky building! Great views indeed! One major gripe i have is how "remote" this hotel is. It might not be a big difference for ppl who are constantly taking cabs or cars, but the brown line subway near the hotel is not the best option for tourists, surprisingly. Whenever i try to go anywhere google map recommended me to walk 11mins to green, red line or blue line. I kept wondering why it overlooks the brown line completely...and few times I ingnored the google map and...

"Excellent location and hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were awesome. Elevators were wonky but fine. We walked down and waited the long waits due to them being out of order and only one working for the way back up. Would def stay again and recommend. "

"Hotel was nice and it was clean. There was some mold in the bathtub and some of the paint was chipping but it is a nice and quiet place to stay. Near downtown and short trips via uber to Navy Pier"

"This place was perfect for the 2025 C2E2 convention! It was such a quick walk to everything. The place was clean, and safe! The price was right! And staff was fantastic. Don't hesitate, book that room. Beds were more firm then one would generally prefer, but the beds smelled clean, looked clean, and felt clean. "

"We were welcomed and helped by staff, and check in/out was easy. Previous reviews complained of the elevators being slow but we had two working elevators that worked just fine. Our room had a great view of the sears tower and it's a great location. The pool was a bonus, although it was quite crowded. The breakfast was great and they even had a social night for guests one of the nights we were there. We had hot chocolate from the lobby everyday."
