"Some parts of the hotel appeared to be closed but (bar on the first floor). Also the exercise room was a bit small and one of the machines was broken but over all our room was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will come back again."

"Only issue was at check in you pay upfront for room which is okay. Paid cash but they would not issue a receipt said to come back in the morning for one. After language barrier we finally got it fixed somewhat. Great location "

"The staff service is absolutely fantastic! The amenities are great and all tourists attractions are walking distance! The morning receptionists who checked us in and out was so sweet and courteous and the gentleman who helped us with our bags was so helpful. The restaurant Hook has great views and the cocktails are amazing. The food wasn’t great, I order my steak Medium and it came out fully cooked and dry. Our server was awesome she was very attentive. "
