"Our apartment was beautiful and had a great floor plan. The living room was very large and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 3. There was a real fireplace we didn’t have a chance to use, and a huge jacuzzi we used once but ran out of hot water before we could fill it. There was even a sauna in the bathroom, but it was unfortunately not working. The walls are super thin, we could hear our neighbors talking at a normal volume at 2am. Our friends had 2...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - it felt like a welcoming, enchanting home base for my explorations of Richmond, conveniently located near public transportation. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The employees at the front desk, particularly Jay, were extremely welcoming. Miss Annabelle the cat was the cherry on top of my whole trip. This place has so much gorgeous atmosphere! I would love to come back here again!"
