Providence Forge 3 Stars Hotels

"We were a group of 2 adults and 4 teens. I booked a suite with 4 bedrooms. We were hoping to spend time together in the living room as a group and then as people were ready to retire to bed, they could go there and then the rest of us could continue to gather. When we checked in we were provided TWO 2-bedroom suites in the same building, which was not convenient. I told the polite woman at check in that we booked a 4-bedroom and she said "they were sold out". How can you allow me to book...

"overall good, only issue is the doors are very messed up and often takes many many tries to get it to turn green, also get stuck even when they do turn green so the getting in and out process is not good "

"My family and i were very happy with our stay here. The units were a bit dated in ways but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and at no time did i get a sales pitch or anything other than great service. The heated pool, hot tub and fire pit are excellent. The only negative would be the poor quality internet service. Cell service in the resort area is not good. Ting to use the wifi is worse. Overall, my expectations were exceeded and i will stay again. "
