"We were several hours early for checkin, but we’re graciously accommodated. Lovely inn. Good food. Breakfast had several delicious baked goods as well as other items. This was a great spot to end our week in Maine."

"I was really pleased with the front desk reception, the bistro service, and the overall layout of the property. My room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that I was not able to set up a wake-up call."

"I’ve stayed several times before. There was an amazing continental breakfast. I was sadden to see the breakfast go, also the wonderful restaurant was also closed. Covid was the reason, stop using that as an excuse. "

"The property was beautiful and perfect for a peaceful trip. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. The lodge definitely seems to be in some transition as the owners mentioned just taking over 4 months ago. With that there are some upgrades that would make this stay even more perfect but I highly recommend! Breakfast daily and dinner as well as part of the stay. "

"Staying at Ocean's Edge was lovely! Check-in was easy, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. We opted for a massage and was not disappointed! The massage therapist was excellent! Sauna and hot tub were a lovely addition! Dinner was a challenge, as we had to scramble to find a restaurant open at 8PM, due to no dinner restaurant on the premises. Two restaurants are in close proximity, yet only one was open - however it was ready to close...

"The hotel is obviously an old and beautiful mansion of days gone by. It is well kept, but not perfect. The lower level is a tavern which was convenient because my husband and I didn't want to drive to a restaurant at the end of a long day. Decent pub food. Check-in was a bit confusing. We didn't read all the info ahead of time but the Tavern staff helped us get settled. The breakfast was very good and had many choices but you need to get there early. The coffee was excellent. The room was...
