「Struttura nuova e pulita, al centro della cittadina. Letto comodo, cuscino troppo morbido per i nostri gusti. Parcheggio a pagamento disponibile. La colazione a buffet è veramente di qualità e abbondante. Visto che l'albergo non era pieno avrei preferito una camera in una posizione diversa, quella assegnata vicino all'ascensore e al primo piano soffriva i rumori di chi entrava e usciva. Consiglierei un kit di servizio in bagno poiché c'era solo il bagnoschiuma considerando un hotel di questo...

「O apartamento fica no primeiro andar sem elevador, sem estacionamento, em frente à igreja da cidade antiga, foi muito bom ficar lá mas é ideal para duas pessoas pois o sofá-cama é desconfortável para dormir. Fácil check in e checkout! Adoramos Villach! 」

「The hotel is right in the city center which is a plus point. The only problem I had was it gets too loud early in the morning due to it being in the city center . Friendly personnel and overall good experience. 」

「We had a really nice overnight stop at Vitranc Hotel. The staff member, Milos, was extremely polite and super helpful. Room was comfortable and warm. Breakfast was great. The hotel is in a beautiful small village near the bigger ski resort village. 」
