「Clean and well cared for property. There was low occupancy and I asked for a lake view room and was denied. I thought that was unnecessary. I got an excuse about my reservation (via Orbitz) not having been paid for by Orbitz yet. Since I had no control over that I thought it was a very poor excuse. It's the reason I didn't rate the staff "Excellent". Thank you for the survey. Peter M.」

「This is a very clean and new hotel, suitable for families who need to cook their own meals. There is free coffee, parking is very convenient, there is a kitchen and equipment I need, a big refrigerator. Around 5 minutes by car Wal-Mart. The only bad thing is that its north side is next to the highway and you can not stand when the big truck passes by.」

「Steph was a great host and her breakfasts were amazing. Very laid back and comfortable atmosphere and we appreciated the conversation with Steph during breakfast. We were in the area to see Mama Mia at the Landmark Theater in Syracuse, so it was a short stay for us. However, the Finger Lakes Region is great area with plenty to do during seasonal times Thank you Steph for a great stay!」

「This was our first Glamping experience. The area was restful and calming and the host did everything to make our stay convenient. If you need a nice break by a rolling creek in the meadow and woods-come here. We plan to return and look forward to another pleasant visit.」
