"This house was so adorable! We were running extremely late do to a change in our flight but the owner stayed up to greet us. She showed us around the village and where the stores were. Even offered to check on us if we needed it. The house itself was cozy and well kept. We had the pleasure of having a nice dog hang out outside our door. We did run into some issues back home that caused us to have to leave early. The owner was very kind and even offered us a deal so our money wasn't going to be...

"It's on flight path, no where to go at night, hardly any lights so a bit weary going out and about. To get anywhere you have to pay for a taxi or bus. Room basic, food ok but never hot. Only alcohol for all inclusive is beer wine ouzo and raki. Everything else you have to pay for.. "

"It is a very unique property decorated with museum pieces handmade in Crete. Inside and outside. Very special addition is a sand beach we enjoyed so much. "Hotel property was very well maintained, on-site restaurant was great! Staff were very friendly and great hospitality. Rooms were a bit limited on extras (small tv, limited towels, no coffee maker etc) but bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large and renovated. Overall positive stay! It is in an area on its own so not close to other restaurants etc, but a great location for a short stay and only 20 min drive from Heraklion airport!"
