"Our original room had a slow draining bathtub which hampered the showering experience. We called the front desk and they sent a maintanance man that was very polite and helpful. He worked on trying to unclog the drain for 30 minutes. He finally suggested we have a room change and very kindly made arrangements for us to move directly across the hall. Our next room was actually a little cleaner, brighter and bathroom seemed slightly more updated. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, which was...

"2nd stay with Hilton in 2 months. I absolutely loved it both times. Although, my phone had no service my 2nd stay the hotel offered wifi which helped a ton. Enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi each time we stayed. The coffee in the morning was the best part of my entire stay. It’s nothing like going away & being able to have a good cup of coffee the next morning."

The staff were all wonderful and welcoming, the room was clean and had what we needed. The history of the hotel is neat so if you like staying in places with a little history to it, this is definitely the place. "

"We didn’t realize this was so rural. But it was really only a short drive to a restaurant. We needed to leave early for a bicycle tour and they were so accommodating serving us breakfast very early. The room was pretty, clean and comfortable. Properly named as it did seem like home. "
