「This hotel was a great place to stay. When I booked it as a quick stopping point on our trip I was unaware of the history of the property. After getting to the property and doing research on it I was even more pleased with it. I love old buildings and historic places, so it was a great opportunity to stay in a place like this. We arrived after hours and were confused at first about how to get in, but called the number in the listing and staff answered right away and told us exactly where to go...

「Good value shower grout needs to be cleaned 」

「The hotel pool & hot tub was dirty. Rooms were clean except the vents & filters in the heat/air, these were full of dust. For people that have allergies & asthma this wasn't good. We didn’t have hot water & when we thought we would it was only lukewarm. One of the elevators wasn’t working on Saturday.It was working the first night we got there but then stopped. The only other elevator was barely working. During checkout I had brought it up all she said was I will let the engineer know. No offer...

「A little unusual that guests stay at the inn with no front desk staff. Would've appreciated a little more insights on security of the building, emergency contact in case any help was needed. Apart from that, my stay was absolutely lovely. Staff was incredibly friendly and I even got an upgraded room since I was the only one staying at the inn that night. I look forward to coming back in the future!」
