"Shuttle service was excellent. They picked us up from car rental return facility within 5 min of calling. Then took us yo airport next morning and helped with luggage. Staff was friendly. The food and service was excellent at restaurant. "

"Right across the street from CFG arena. Rooms need a facelift but had no problems. Staff was friendly & helpful. The only three complains were the "continental breakfast"- 2 types of dry cereal, instant oatmeal, bread, english muffins, packaged danish. Pitchers of milk, orange & apple juice. oranges & apples. Coffee was terrible. You have to pay $35 to park overnight & because we came earlier than 3pm- had to pay $20- really?? Will definitely stay again because of the convenience & staff but...

"All was good other than the smell of marijuana as I went to walk in the front door to the lobby and then again in the lower level of the building I stayed in. The room is nice. "

"There’s a Hyatt nearby with a similar name and Uber driver took me there. Did not realize until tried to check in. Hotel staff was kind enough to have their shuttle take me over to the right Hyatt. This Hyatt was fine and nice place to stay."

"I was there for a trade show. I felt very safe with the security at the doors. Staff was extremely helpful. Building is absolutely beautiful! Must visit the vault in the lower level. Baltimore itself really needs to step up the care of their sidewalks which were covered in ice and snow. Sometimes it was safer to walk in the street which isn't the best thing.I have 2 complaints which can't be addressed by staff. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have a sheet of restaurants...

"It was good but the fee for parking is ridiculously high at $40 a night. Having to use your room key to get out of the garage after checking out was frustrating because my key didn’t work. Reparked and went back inside hotel to get it fixed. Tried to leave again and still didn’t work so we were stuck in the parking garage until we could get someone on the exit machine to finally open the gate. Very frustrating. I was also told breakfast was included but was given a receipt for charging my...

"The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As someone with a disability, I greatly appreciated being given a ground-floor room, which made everything so much more accessible. The front desk team was outstanding—they went above and beyond by recommending an excellent pizza place and even assisting us with the delivery. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"
