「Excellent stay 」

「This particular hotel, located in Proctor Minnesota; never fails to meet all of my expectations. I guess that's why more often than not, the hotel is full.」

「We booked a room with a king size bed. The room was spacious, the bathroom large with tub/shower. We have stayed at this Quality Inn a few times. The staff is always friendly. The coffee could be a tad better but that is a small complaint.」

「The hotel was under construction which we found out about the day before. It got to be loud around 7am with them starting work which was not fun! The hotel otherwise was cute and very clean. We had issues finding our room and they were very quick and responsive on getting back to us. They had a few snacks and easy instructions on getting inside. The hotel is across from a casino and packing garage. It is convient to park there, however there are a lot of homeless people out asking for money...

「Worth getting the Club level rooms on the 6th floor for a lovely view of the lake. Parking is weird, but oddly accessible/convenient once you lnow what's going on. Fitgers/Pickwicks and other dining a short walk away. Be aware: no direct beach access.」

「It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. Luckily we got a good deal, and some of their other properties look worth checking out. Service was great though- they were very responsive to my texts. I think...

「This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely. Thank you for sharing your property.」
