"It was comfort"

"This property is centrally located and close to shopping, restaurants, bars and public transit. The staff were courteous and quick to respond to questions and requests. The frequency of first responder sirens going off in the area throughout the night was no fault of the hotel, but given the property's location to nearby care facilities, the sirens were the only negative part of our extended weekend."

"I recently stayed at the Aloft downtown Chicago. The pictures on the websites are the same as the rooms look. The rooms are decent size, as I had a king size bed that was very comfortable. Was update that I requested a city view and didn’t receive. AC works very well. love the bathroom, fyi water, does get very hot. "Let me start with the staff. They were excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I liked the room, but there were a couple of issues. --The couch had large stains on the cushions. I honestly didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. --The bed is FIRM. If you like that then this is the place for you.
